Summary: Shannon pouted. "I don't have a very narrow view of what girls act like," she said. "I just want one stereotypical made-for-Hollywood teen-movie-esque girls' night, is that so much to ask for?"

Author's Notes: It absolutely figures that I would get Sawyer/Kate, because it’s one of those pairings that I'm not opposed to so much as incredibly bored by. Anyway, the only way I could think of to write Sawyer/Kate without boring myself and my readers was to pick an odd stylistic choice and play with that, and the very few interesting dynamics of the S/K/J triangle. So here it is. I don't know if I succeeded in not boring my readers, but at least I wasn't bored writing it.
